When you are pushing your limits, small irritations become big problems. That is why these tights are built around one central function: Freedom.

The front is constructed with a crotch gusset so the load is not concentrated in a single seam in the middle. Inside, the panel is finished with a thin, brushed lining, giving you the option to drop underwear entirely. By removing the extra layer, you eliminate the seams and edges that typically create friction sores after 30 km, and you optimize temperature regulation in the body`s most critical zone.

TEMPO! Run Tights are sewn from a technical 2-sided fabric from Italy. For you, this means getting the kind of moisture transport and quick-drying properties needed when pushing the pace on long distances or during intervals.

Although the fabric is light, it is knitted with extremely high density. This means you get a pair of tights that feel like a second skin but are never see-through – even when stretching or working in outer positions.

The pockets on the side are placed where you can most easily reach them at speed. They are made of an elastic material that holds your phone or gels tight against the thigh, so they do not bounce and disturb your run.

The upper is woven with an open mesh panel that ensures effective ventilation, while the bottom remains completely streamlined. This provides a more direct contact with your race shoe and a better feel for the ground. The ultrathin fit acts almost like a second skin, following the foot`s movements without creating friction. At the same time, it allows space for the feet to naturally expand in the heat. A detail that can make a real difference over long distances like a marathon or Ironman.

Trail running asks more from a T-shirt than low weight alone. It has to handle heat, sweat, sun exposure and the repeated friction that comes from running with a vest or backpack.

TEMPO! Trail T-shirt is built with two Italian fabrics, each placed where it makes the most sense. The front, back and sleeves use the same technical fabric known from our TEMPO! T-Shirt - chosen for durability, sun protection and its cooler feel when damp. These are the zones most exposed to sun and the areas most likely to meet friction from a running vest.

The side panels use a lighter and more ventilating fabric. They are placed where heat builds up fastest, helping the T-shirt feel more open and breathable during longer efforts.

It is a trail-specific construction with more ventilation where the body needs it, and more durability where the product takes the most wear.

Arm sleeves for running in changing conditions

TEMPO! Run Sleeves are built for runs where full long sleeves feel like too much, but bare arms are not quite enough. They provide a close-fitting layer that helps you adapt to cool air, wind and sun without disturbing the rhythm of the run.
The fit is tight and unrestrictive, allowing the sleeves to stay close to the arms and move naturally throughout the run. This makes them a practical option for race day, tempo sessions and everyday runs in transitional weather, where your need for coverage can change from the first kilometre to the last.
They are easy to take off and stow mid-run, so you can adjust as conditions change.

Durable high-mileage shorts with fixed inner tight and stable storage

TEMPO! ONE Run Shorts are the solution for those who want the storage options of tights but the freedom of shorts. We have combined an ultralight outer short and a supportive, functional inner tight in one product that works equally well for marathons and high-volume training.

The challenge with many 2-in-1 shorts is often that the inner tight is too short or loose. This results in "riding up" during the run, or the shorts starting to sag as soon as you put a phone in the pocket. We solved this by reconstructing the inner tight from scratch.

We have extended the inner short to "True Tights" length. This means it reaches far enough down to grip under the large thigh muscle. This positioning ensures that the tight is fixed on the leg and does not move, no matter how fast or far you run. The material is fine-knitted and powerful, providing a firm, supportive feel – exactly as you know it from our long tights.

The firm structure of the inner tight is crucial for the pockets. Because the fabric is strong and sits close to the thigh, you can carry your phone or gels in the side pockets without them bouncing. Combined with the adjustable drawstring in the waist, this ensures the shorts stay exactly where they should, even when fully loaded. The outer layer is an ultralight shell that provides the airy feel and look many prefer on a run.
